Extended Stay America Select Suites- Wildwood - The Villages

Safe location and is located close to grocery stores, restaurants and other convenient stores, not to mention is closed to the Turnpike. Front staff were very friendly and professional. We had to extend our stay and the hotel manager gave us an excellent rate. I gave service three stars and not five. The reason for that was that the cleaning crew told us they change our sheets when in actuality they did not so I would be very cautious and be present when they clean your room.

We are very happy with our stay we are going to be here for awhile while looking for a house. They are very friendly, and helpful and inviting. The GM Laurent is the best I have ever come across at any of the hotels I have stayed at. He knows us from the beginning and know what we are going through. He has been there for us and very very helpful, friendly accommodating and does anything to help you. I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, friendly atmosphere.

Me and my parents are staying here for a really long time at the wildwood the villages location while looking for a house. We are very happy with everything clean room, very friendly staff specially the GM Laurent, very convenient location. Of all the hotels we ever stayed at throughout our lives Laurent is the greatest GM ever. He was very, very friendly and very, very helpful and helped through everything cause he remembered us from before staying here a couple other times and knew what we were going through and was there for us and helped us through everything and is making this our temporary home away from home. He always lets us know if we need anything to let him know. He is has always greeting us good morning and have a nice. He always there to help his staff too weather it is laundry, checking in/out, cleaning etc…. We will always pick here for those reasons specially the GM. We highly, highly recommend.

The new Extended Stay America in Wildwood is a big win for the area—great value, clean rooms, and all the comforts you need for a short or long stay. Shoutout to Dan at the front desk! He made check-in a breeze—professional, friendly, and super accommodating. You can tell he cares about guests, and that makes all the difference. Wildwood just got a hotel worth coming back to!

I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to write this one. First, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I’m 66 years old and have stayed at numerous hotels in my lifetime. This hotel in Wildwood, Florida rates as number one. My husband, myself and daughter moved from Pennsylvania to The Villages, Florida in October. Our long distance moving company was extremely late in delivering our items. Therefore we needed a place to stay. We tried a few other hotels in the area, along with Extended Stay, and when our rental house fell through we needed an extended stay hotel. We have been staying now since December 30th. Our first experience with Extended Stay was wonderful. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating and check in was very easy. The hotel itself was extremely clean and inviting. But my biggest shout out goes to the GM, Laurenet. From our first stay, he was amazing! He is simply the best hotel GM EVER!! Not only does he take care of the hotel and his employees, he puts the customer first in many ways! And he definitely has done that with us! We have gotten to know him from our stays and not only is he a fantastic manager, he’s also become our friend. He ALWAYS makes sure we have everything we need, never fails to ask how we’re doing, how was our day and is just a pleasure to talk to. Because of him, our stay has been awesome and we will definitely recommend the hotel to other people. Our thanks go out to Extended Stay America and Laurenet!

Great experience! It's the perfect location for anything you need nearby (CVS, Publix, Wawa, etc.) The room was clean and spacious with a very nice kitchen area. The staff is exceptional. Jose was so warm and welcoming when I checked in and throughout my entire stay. The whole team is kind, professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for the month of October 2025. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and super understanding as I had a special needs adult son who could be loud. The housekeepers were super sweet and went over and beyond to help us in anyway! The hotel was quiet and setback from the road with a bit of land in the back for nice doggie walks. The laundry room was convenient and being able to stay with my dog and cat was a big plus. Because the hotel was built in July 2025 and was newer we were able to stay as we have mold illness and most hotels we can’t tolerate. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Extended stay!

Love this brand-new extended-stay hotel in The Villages (Wildwood). It’s conveniently located next to everything and incredibly close to the hospital UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital & Orlando Health Medical Group which was perfect for us while our parents were having surgery. We were looking for a clean, comfortable place at a reasonable price, and this exceeded our expectations. Every room has a kitchen, and the staff was absolutely amazing.
